A Fridge Is A Unit Of Measure?

Apparently, news agencies are trying to use the size of a refrigerator as a standard unit of measure. Case in point:

Metric system? Standard system? Star rating systems? Fuck all that – it’s all about the Fridge system. There are just so many applications, here are a few examples:

Movies: “I gave it a 3.5 out of 4 fridges, I suggest you watch the shit out of it.”

Sports: “That running back just rushed for a 20 fridge gain, he’s unstoppable!”

House shopping: “Well I could get this house with 15,000 square fridges of space and no yard for $100K or I could go with this other house with 10,000 square fridges and a large yard for $80K. Decisions, decisions”

Here are some other notable contenders against “fridge” as a unit of measure:

- Red Cunt Hair

- Smoot

- Gnat’s eye

Any others?
